Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Hazard identification , Audit plan , Onsite audit , Countermeasure , Implementation, Review , Monitor. (Fire & safety audit , CMS Audit , External Audit, Monsoon Mgmt.)Monitoring Cost Reduction Target (Model & Team wise)
• Identify safety legal requirement , Self-Assessment , Gap Identification, countermeasure , Review , monitor. [ PoSH, CL, LTS]
• SA launch at all vendors, Identification of Safety ambassador, improvements review, Benchmark visit, Implementation, Reporting
• Firefight support, co coordinating with Vendors, incident investigation , root cause analysis , corrective /preventive action , Preparedness improvement by training and conducting mock drill. Review of Mock Drill Improvement
• Audit plan, Onsite audit, permit system effectiveness , violation identification , CAPA, Report
• Project identification, Training, Benchmark Visit, Road Map, Project Completion, Onsite effectiveness assessment
• Requirements, Self-Assessment Questionnaire , Training , Data Management & Validation, Gap analysis , Application of Statistical Tool, Result, Report Making
• Train on safety compliances & methods , Monsoon preparedness, Summer Precautions etc., Preparation of Training Calendar, Training material preparation, Mgt. approval, Training execution, Reporting
• Identify training needs , HMI in-house training , external training , external certification , professional courses to update individual skills
• Materiality Matrix, Focus on Social Indicators, T2 Self-Assessment Check Sheet Validation , ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Certification, Internal Assessment
• LOTO Implementation ( Six Stage Approach), Roof Safety Implementation, Press Safety etc.
• Benchmarking, Requirements, Data Collection through Self-Assessment, Data and Onsite Validation , Implementation Verification

Requirements:

• Education: BE/B Tech/M Tech/ME [Mech, Auto, Elec, Chem /Equ]
• Experience should be within 3 to 7 years
• Undergraduate in full time in B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Automobile) 
• Postgraduate in M.Tech / M.E 
• Doctorate is not required
