UX Writer Job in Bangalore at Jupiter Money

Jupiter Money is hiring for the role of UX writer!

Responsibilities of the candidates:

• Write clear, creative, and customer-focussed UX content for Jupiter’s digital assets such as the Jupiter app and website in line with the brand’s tone and voice
• Use craft, empathy, logic, and data for in-app comms, push notifications, mailers, and other app-related communication
• Write & edit copy for all in-app scenarios including user navigation, informational, instructional & error messages, help center bot, etc.
• Over and above, there will be requirements from time-to-time such as requirements from other stakeholders like PR & Social team, Internal Communications and HR team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent practical experience
• 2-3 years of experience in user-focused product writing
• Experience creating and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects (App, Website, Push Notifications, etc.)
• A portfolio of UX-focused writing samples.
• Experience working with content strategies for user experiences, from product-related communications to notifications to even FAQs
• Experience partnering with designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers
