Harman International is hiring for the role of UX Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to create user-centered products and services.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors, and translate these insights into actionable design solutions.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to test and refine user interfaces before implementation.
• Implement and maintain user interface components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure smooth integration of UX designs into web and mobile applications.
• Conduct usability testing to identify and resolve any user experience issues.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UX trends and technologies.
• Document UX design decisions and processes to ensure consistency and maintainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure RP or Figma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
