Upstox is hiring for the role of UX Designer- I!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan and deliver UX designs in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Take ownership of the end-to-end UX process based on the existing product vision and business requirements
• Create information architectures, task flows, user interaction models, wireframes, screen flows, prototypes, detailed designs, design briefs, design specifications, and guidelines with minimal direction
• Develop and communicate end-to-end scenarios, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications to stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvements and build relationships beyond individual work scope, demonstrating a track record of influencing product direction
• Utilize data-driven design methodologies to lead refinements of the product until achieving a delightful user experience and meeting success criteria
• Demonstrate high adaptability in an ever-changing startup environment

Requirements:

• Possess 1+ years of work experience as a UX designer in the tech domain
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in design, human factors, HCI, or a related discipline
• Showcase an online portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving approach, and design deliverables such as conceptual models, navigation and user flows, information design, and mock-ups
• Demonstrate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder alignment
• Ability to sift through information and pinpoint the root cause of customer problems using data from various sources
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and senior leadership
• Display self-motivation to think innovatively and navigate through ambiguous situations
