Times Internet is hiring for the role of UX Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Translate product and business requirements into thoughtful, user-centered experiences
• Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
• Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, content teams, and other stakeholders
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate and iterate on user experiences
• Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are upheld
• Promote and champion design thinking and a user-first mindset across the organization
• Stay current with industry trends, user behavior, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and usability practices
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, or similar for wireframing and prototyping
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex workflows into seamless and simple user journeys
• Experience in conducting user research and synthesizing findings into actionable insights
• Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design for web and mobile platforms
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with an eye for identifying design problems and solving them creatively
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, HCI, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in UX design for digital products
• Experience working on content-rich or media platforms is a strong plus
