Sparkcognition is hiring for the role of UX Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design intuitive and effective user interfaces for industrial applications that align with specific persona workflows.
• Ensure that all designs adhere to industry-specific safety and compliance regulations.
• Utilize AI and machine learning technologies to enhance the usability of applications, making complex data more accessible and actionable for the user.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate these technologies into user-friendly designs.
• Conduct usability tests and gather feedback from real-world industrial users to refine and optimize the user experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design processes.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying ideas and design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
• Experience in responsive design for web and mobile applications.
