Leadsquared is hiring for the role of UX Designer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Take up the project of taking our current user interface design to a new level and bring consistency and strong visual appeal to our web interface. It is a challenging project because it cannot be done in a big-bang mode, and the visual design would be as critical as the user experience.
- Do extensive user research, interview users, work with key stakeholders to create a vision of the new visual design language, and then work with UI developers to execute it systematically.
Requirements:
- Passion for designing best in class software.
- 1+ years of experience in UI design of B2B software applications a must.
- Overall 1+ years of experience in the design of web-based software applications and websites
- Strong understanding of user experience concepts for business users
- Ability to lead without authority.
