UX Design Associate - BTP Integration Suite Job in Bengaluru at SAP

SAP is hiring for the role of UX Design Associate - BTP Integration Suite!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design a professional-grade user experience (based on SAP's Fiori Design System) by collaborating with UX Designers, UA Developers, Product Development team(s), Product Managers and other stakeholders.
• Provide design specifications and assets required for implementation by the development team.
• Ensure UI quality by supporting the development team during the development phase by conducting continuous reviews of the implemented UIs to ensure adherence to the specifications, standards and guidelines.
• Adopt a data-driven solution discovery, design and development process by seeking and utilising data from multiple data channels such as Telemetry, UX Surveys, User Research and Customer Engagement activities to enable you to take design decisions based on insights derived from the various data channels.
• Contribute to organisational success and increase UX maturity.

Requirements:

• Design: Should be able to convert business & user requirements into highly usable interaction designs for multiple devices/channels (responsive design). Visual design skills are a plus.
• Technical: HTML & CSS skills are desired, but not mandatory.
• Prototyping: Proven experience in using prototyping tools (e.g. Figma) for creating designs. 
• Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills, teamwork, self-motivated, creative and yet pragmatic, demonstrates maturity & emotional intelligence, especially since the role requires extensive collaboration between multiple stakeholders working in a global setup.
• Eligibility: 1 - 3 years of experience in UX Design. Degree from a recognised Design school.
