Urban Company is hiring for the role of UX/Content Writer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work with different teams to gain a deep understanding of Product flows, and the expected outcome and write UX copy.
- Work with researchers, and content designers to write catalog content that users actually want to consume.
- Use generative AI tools to aid your research, speed up your workflow, and iterate fast.
Requirements:
- A content portfolio that speaks for itself. Your work in UX writing & content writing should be clearly visible.
- 1- 3 years of experience in UX or content writing
- Proficiency in language, articulation, and communication.. of course!
- Genuine curiosity. Writing for Urban Company apps is not trivial. We look for curiosity to dig the right hook, narratives to explain our app flows, and UC services & products that are simple & compelling.
- Ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; what this means is you should be able to articulate your ideas/ vision well and work with others in the team
