About this Job
Enel X Services India Pvt is hiring for the role of Utility Liaison Analyst!
Responsibilities of the candidate:
- Analyze reports generated by the system and evaluate the graphics in CRM Application;
- Identify potential savings or avoidable costs;
- Follow up with customer/supplier until and query is resolved;
- Ensure the Utility Invoices are up to date in the system
- Investigate Balance brought forwards and Late fees applied by the Utility Company
- Liaise with Utility Company to collect and Acquire Utility Invoices
- Analyze the customer’s Utility Data anomalies and maintain record/tracker
- Identify Energy Management opportunities and liaise with the Customer Managers;
- Respond to Customer Managers and client queries regarding (potential) savings or any ad-hoc queries raised by customers
- Contact suppliers by phone or email
- Log savings on CRM Application
- Pass on savings details to MER Report Team
- Assist input/verification team whenever required
- Commerce or Science Graduate
- Basic to Intermediate skill level with Excel and MS Office tools
- Good Logical reasoning
- A fair understanding of Energy Industry
- Typing speed of min 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Excellent command over oral and written English
- Candidate worked with North America Clients/Businesses will be preferred
