Oracle is hiring for the role of Utilities Consultant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Respond to technical queries/requests from team members and customers.
- Experience working in Production Support.
- Experience and readiness to work in Shifts and Standby/On-call support.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Requirements:
- Experience working on Oracle MDMS product modules including – Usage Transaction, Standing Data Repository, Staging Data Master, Initial Measurement Data, Service Point & Reporting.
- Strong experience working on complex SQL queries, PL/SQL, and Unix scripting.
- Knowledge of one or more relational databases like Oracle.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders – clients, infrastructure teams, and third parties.
- Knowledge or experience working on Oracle CC&B products.
- Good understanding of Incident, Change, and problem management.
- Experience working in Agile delivery model.
- Creative problem-solving skills and superb communication Skills.
