Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Update the scheduling tool daily with each team’s work capacity, accounting for changes in availability.
• Track incoming audit requests against staff workloads and flag potential capacity issues.
• Review processing times and delivery expectations, assigning work to the relevant teams based on availability and capacity.
• Manage internal communication mailboxes related to scheduling activities.
• Manage and update access rights for team members to IT systems used for audit work.
• Prepare reports on team capacity, workload status, and booked work.
• Deliver assigned tasks to the highest standards within expected timelines.
• Follow Deloitte policies, including independence requirements and audit engagement regulations.
• Act with integrity, take ownership of work, and ensure accountability.
• Demonstrate Deloitte’s purpose and values in day-to-day activities.
• Understand how daily tasks contribute to team and business priorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 60% or equivalent in graduation.
