Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Research Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive user research strategy that aligns with product goals and user needs.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of UX researchers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Study Design: Plan, design, and conduct user studies, usability testing, and other research activities to gather actionable insights.
• Data Analysis: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful conclusions and actionable recommendations for product improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user research findings into product development processes.
• User Advocacy: Advocate for the user by ensuring that their needs, behaviours, and preferences are at the forefront of product decision-making.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX research to drive innovation within the organization.

Requirements: 

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX research with a focus on digital products and services
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading and mentoring UX research teams, with a track record of fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
• Methodological Expertise: Deep expertise in a variety of user research methods, including but not limited to usability testing, interviews, surveys, and field studies.
• Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from qualitative and quantitative data
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present research findings and insights to diverse stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to align UX research initiatives with overall business and product strategy
• Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach complex challenges with creativity and innovation
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
