Neoscript is hiring for the role of User Interface Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Conceptualization: Translate ideas into tangible design solutions through wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring alignment with user-centric principles.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to integrate design thinking into the entire product development lifecycle.
• Information Architecture: Develop and maintain the information structure of digital products, ensuring a logical and intuitive user journey.
• Visual Design: Apply design principles to create visually appealing interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Stay Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies to continuously enhance our UI/UX design practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years' of demonstrated experience as a UI Designer, showcasing a portfolio with a strong emphasis on user-centric design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) would be an asset.
