Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Managing calls of customers/vendors and helping them to resolve the queries if they have any.
- Creating a user-centered experience.
Requirements:
- Should have 0 to 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong in Communication, (Verbal & Written) and knowledge of accounting.
- Should be energetic & a thinking person.
