SAP is hiring for the role of User Assistance Developer Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define user information needs for SAP Public Cloud Price Calculation Services and Subscription Billing teams.
• Gather and formulate information in English in various formats, such as release notes or detailed instructions.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to improve user information.
• Participate in defining labels, informational messages, and other in-app text to shape the UI and UX of SAP Public Cloud Price Calculation Services and Subscription Billing team.

Requirements:

• Excellent degree in Technical Writing, IT, Business Studies, or a related subject, or a language-based university degree.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong communication, writing, and grammar skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines, deliver on time, and ensure high quality.
• Interest in software development is a must.
• A self-motivated team player is a must.
• Willingness to acquire comprehensive product knowledge and learn new skills.
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems (DITA) is a plus.
• 1.5-3 years of experience in technical writing, content writing, or journalism.
• Ability to synthesize technical information into user-friendly written text.
• Excellent knowledge of English grammar and vocabulary, with a focus on software terminology.
• Ability to manually test software to understand the behavior to be documented.
• Willingness to learn to use highly configurable software and understand its complexities.
• Ability to differentiate backend from frontend processes.
