About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues related to telecom services, such as network outages, billing concerns, and account inquiries.

Technical Support:

  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for issues related to mobile phones, internet connectivity, and other telecom services.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher support tiers as needed.

Billing and Account Management:

  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, payments, and account management tasks.
  • Process billing adjustments and refunds according to company policies.

Sales and Upselling:

  • Identify potential opportunities for upselling telecom services like upgraded data plans, new devices, or additional features.
  • Educate customers on current offers and promotions.

Data Entry & Documentation:

  • Accurately log all customer interactions and service requests in the company's CRM system.
  • Maintain proper documentation of resolutions and follow-ups.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a blended process (voice and non-voice) or in a telecom process is a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of telecom products, services, and technology (mobile, internet, etc.).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a customer-first attitude.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.

NOTE:- 5 days a week working with rotational shifts and rotational offs. No cab or meal facilities.
