Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner closely with the US leadership team to gain a deep understanding of current and future talent requirements.
• Develop captivating and accurate job descriptions for data science, data engineering, and software engineering roles.
• Publish job postings across various job boards and platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Proactively source and engage potential candidates through emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates to create a steady pipeline for current and future openings.
• Conduct preliminary assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and efficient interview and hiring process.
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates.
• Negotiate offers and compensation packages with candidates.
• Provide regular updates to the leadership team on hiring progress, challenges, and potential solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics related to AI/ML talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably within the AI/ML or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of data science, data engineering, and software engineering roles and skill sets.
• Prior experience in IT and analytics recruitment in the US market is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle sensitive compensation discussions.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Availability to work in the US timezone to collaborate effectively with the US leadership team.
