US Separations Analyst Job in Hyderabad at Deloitte

Deloitte is hiring for the role of US Separations Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage the internal transfer process.
• Coordinate with all the other team members internally and with other groups within ELE to drive quality and SLAs on all deliverables.
• Prepare and manage internal documentation to meet SLA’s and quality standards
• Ensure that every professional has the Deloitte employee experience and continuously thrives to enhance it.
• Manage separations for professionals leaving the firm.
• Work with multiple stakeholders to get clearance and thereby release F&F settlements.
• Monitor and respond to employee queries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Graduate 1 to 3 years of work experience in HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Experience with Salesforce and HRIS strongly preferred
• Ability to interface with all levels within the firm
• Initiative and self-direction; works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues
• Excellent client service skills
• Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing, and multi-tasking abilities
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and to approach challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
• Prioritizes and independently executes responsibilities
• Ability to work with minimal instruction
• High degree of professionalism and integrity and ability to work in a highly confidential environment
• Experience in a large or matrix driven corporation with overseas or outsourced operations
