• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for our Direct Clients in USA
• Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites.
• Must have experience with Vendor Management systems (VMS) like Field glass and WAND
• Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
• Manage the full-cycle contract recruitment process from job posting to resume searching, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews, and building an internal database.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

Desired Skills

• 0.6 - 3 yrs experience in US Staffing Recruitment is Mandatory
• The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.
