US Recruiter Job in Gurugram at Binary Semantics

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer closure.
• Source candidates through portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding job requirements, compensation, relocation, availability, etc.
• Negotiate rates with candidates and vendors.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients.
• Track sourced candidates, submissions, and interview pipelines.
• Update and maintain the ATS/portal database regularly.
• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of US Tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Experience working in night shifts (US time zones).
• Ability to multitask and close positions within deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
