Responsibilities

• Screen and shortlist resumes for US-based positions

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews with candidates

• Coordinate with US clients for recruitment requirements

• Maintain and update candidate database

• Source candidates through various job portals and LinkedIn

• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle

• Participate in recruitment drives and job fairs

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Should be comfortable with US shift timings (EST timezone)

• North Indian candidates preferred for better cultural alignment with target market

• Fresh graduates with 0-1 year experience

• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge

• Good understanding of social media platforms

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Quick learner with analytical mindset
