Responsibilities & Requirments
- US IT Recruitment service providers online & approaching them to become our service partner.
- End to End US IT Recruitment Process
- Proficient knowledge about all kind of work authorizations in US including Green Card(GC), Green Card- EAD(GC-EAD), TN Visa, H1B, H4-EAD, OPT-EAD, CPT-EAD,L1,L2-EAD,etc.
- Experience in Tax Terms W2/C2C/1099.
- Email & phone call campaigning to acquire new US IT recruitment Vendors.
- Digital marketing & Branding – Promoting the company in social media like linkedin, twitter, facebook, etc.
- Sharing the client requirement to vendors & working to get the closure done.
- End to end Building client relation & following up with clients post profile submission for closure
- Good understanding of US work culture, job rules/regulations and ethics.
- Dedicated hard working and Deadline driven
- A clear and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Good co-ordination skill
