• Assess candidates' suitability for specific IT roles and projects.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements.
• Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates for various IT positions.
• Optimize job descriptions for clarity and accuracy to attract suitable candidates.
• Ensure all legal and organizational requirements are met during the offer and onboarding process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
