US IT Recruiter Job in Gandhinagar at DRC Systems India Limited

• Responsible for handling full recruitment process for Direct/MSP Clients/ State Clients/ in the US.
• Understanding of Banking/financials, ecommerce/retails domain clients.
• Good understanding of Visas.
• Strong and positive communications skills required.
• Handling contract placement, contract to hire (CTH) placement and full time / permanent placement.
• Dealing with the pay rate tax terms like C2C, 1099 and W2 based consultants.
• Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation.
• End to End Life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to on boarding of candidates.
• Sourcing the candidate from various sources like Portals, Database, networking, references etc.
• Evaluation of the candidate for the requirements on the basis of Skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications.
• Conducting 1st round of interview to check communication skills, fitment issues, reason for change etc.
• Build & sustain the network of potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Aggressive in Negotiation.
• Good Negotiation and Closure skills with a strong emphasis on Client/Candidates.
• Minimum required experience: (Requirement).
• Basic Understanding of IT Jobs.
• Strong Knowledge of Boolean search/finding keywords.
• Highly skilled in negotiations.
• Working experience on Direct/MSP/States/Federal OR SI Clients/Prime Vendors.
• Basic knowledge of Visas.
• Knowledge of TAX terms.
• Working experience on any of the mentioned ATS (Job Diva, Ceipal, Bull-Horn, Recruiter Box, Jobvite).
• Working experience on Job Portals. (Dice, CB, Monster, Indeed, TechFetch).
• Strong communication skills required.
