About this Job
Role & Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, ensure accurate and timely month-end/year-end close processes, and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, conduct variance analysis, and assist in management reporting.
- Preparing financial reports & insights
- Identify and implement process improvements, assist in financial systems maintenance, and stay updated with industry trends.
- Managing & guiding a team of 3-4 members performing bookkeeping & accounting
Preferred candidate profile:
- US client experience or US CPA aspirants or Indian CA dropouts
- Living or willing to relocate within a 15km proximity of our Gurgaon office
