Urgent Hiring | Investment Analyst Job in Gurugram at India Accelerator (Co-Working & Cohort)

India Accelerator is a Launchpad for early-stage Technology Startups, with the potential to create disproportionate value. We are the only GAN partnered, mentorship-driven, incubation program in INDIA. It’s a structured program that can bring the building under one roof – the much-needed mentorship, the network, the technology, the peripheral services (like legal, financial, etc), and last but not the least, the capital.

 We’re looking for investment analysts for the Surge team. Do apply if you are passionate about identifying and closely engaging with founders to build

We are looking for someone who is:

- Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter, who works on their own initiative with light supervision

- Confident and positive, high-energy, and capable of easily interacting with founders / senior management

- Flexible and willing to get involved in many different aspects of the business as required

Roles Expectations:

· Sourcing Leads: Great at engaging with the prospective founder pool, actively network, engage and attract the right set of founders for the surge program. Abreast with market trends and ability to foresee future market trends. 

· Deal Evaluation: Work with the investing partner to evaluate the business idea/leads/teams. 

· Portfolio Support: Engage with the founders to help across functions or provide operational support. 

· Surge Admin/Operational Support: Engage on broader Surge programs.  

Experience/Traits Required:

· Connect within the startup/VC ecosystem+ great at networking and building relationships 

· High on business acumen 

· Ability to research and analyze 

· Ability to work with the portfolios and engage with the founders
