About this Job

What will you do:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CRAs handling South region partner relationships
  • Oversee partner accounts to ensure strong engagement and high satisfaction
  • Act as an escalation point for complex partner issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor team performance metrics and conduct regular reviews and coaching sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product, and operations
  • Ensure adherence to standard processes and drive operational excellence
  • Prepare and share reports on team performance, partner health, and regional insights

What will you need:

  • Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in leading teams managing B2B partner relationships
  • Ability to manage regional partner portfolios through a team
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in the education or study abroad industry is a plus
