What will you do:

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with university partners. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned universities for operational coordination. 
• Manage application processes, documentation, deadlines, and compliance requirements. 
• Coordinate with counselling, sales, product, and operations teams for smooth execution. 
• Track and maintain accurate university data and application status in internal systems. 
• Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues. 
• Collect feedback from university partners to improve processes and efficiency.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret data. 
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
