Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service for transactions like cash deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, and stop payments.
• Ensure accurate and efficient service, managing customer traffic effectively.
• Suggest workflow improvements for better service.
• Perform reconciliation and compliance tasks, including cash control and stationary management.
• Identify cross-selling prospects and refer to sales staff.
• Follow Mis-selling & Sales Policies; educate customers on digital banking options.
• Adhere to policies on ORMA, KYC, and money laundering prevention, reporting any suspicious transactions.
• Manage branch premises, including housekeeping and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Graduate/ Post Graduate
• Anywhere between 1 - 4 years of overall experience 
• Banking knowledge
• Understanding of front and back office processes and procedures
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Team-playing ability
• Customer and Service Orientation
