Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Unit Manager- Outsourcing Compliance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• You are expected to own the business use case with respect to data and outsourcing requirement.
• As a data resource, you are expected to understand the business nuances, find the opportunities where data solutions can bring significant impact on process optimization or usability.
• Data visualization for Business Intelligence is a key responsibility. This includes setting dashboards as required for Users and Process waterfall.
• We deal with variety of data sets – clickstream data, loan portfolio, collections receipting, loan booking, payments data, CIBIL/Bureau data, geospatial etc. As a solution owner, a data manager is expected to know the nuances of each data set and application of these pieces.
• Data manager will own the problem statement end to end from identifying the data pieces, designing the data architecture, data cleanups and ensuring quality data flows.
• Once the product has been delivered in Phase I, the person will also be responsible for funnel management reporting & root cause analysis for dropouts

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience of working in data, BI and data analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics or mathematics is preferred
• Required experience in performance & process dashboards in tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc
• Experience in working with multi-dimension data extraction, data cleaning and analysis
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience of SQL with query optimization and handling big data on cloud environment
