NJ Group is hiring for the role of Unit Manager - Investment!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Identify, and meet the potential leads who want to be an entrepreneur explain to them the business opportunities, and convince them to start the Financial Products Distribution business and become a Financial Products Distributor / Partner.
  • Provide financial products training to Distributors for Business Development.
  • Plan activities and strategies for business development for distributors.
  • Educate the partners about product portfolio, and service offers and also evaluate them on sales performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business
  • Products: Mutual Funds, Insurance, Loan Against Security (LAS), Bonds etc.
  • Business targets: Recruitment of Financial Products Distributor, Product sales, etc.
