MetLife is hiring for the role of Unit Manager - Business Excellence!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify improvement opportunities in the aligned span and ensure effective execution of projects and initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement projects in the aligned function and support/lead functional initiatives
• Lead transformation by building strong rigor and governance to ensure timely closures of gaps and help functions create efficiencies
• Represent the function in the leadership meetings by demonstrating strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Develop Lean and Six Sigma and other continuous improvement training content
• Plan and lead Lean and Six Sigma training dissemination along with managing training logistics
• Convert process flows/fact findings into case study/storyboards/process flow
• Analyze data and create reports to gauge continuous improvement
