Job description:
- Responsible for driving sales through Relationship Manager & make sure they achieve their KRA
- Revenue Generation through different products and participation in Organisational Sales Drive & Increase Market share
- Ensure cost optimization and operational efficiency of the branch including allocation of costs across customer segments
- Revenue product wise, segment wise and Branch level Profit
- Resolve all back office issues and ensure smooth operations at the branch
- Adhere to agreed SLA's for the branch
- Monitor processes and suggest improvements based on contact with customers
- Recruitment, training and retention of manpower as per approval
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 5+ years in Broking industry
- 1+ year experience in handling a team.
