Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Underwriting Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Implement Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at branches in the area assigned
- Keep delinquency under control
- Compliance of policy and processes
- Report location metrics like Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, and Deviation on a monthly basis as per the prescribed format
- Market Research and Feedback for new product launch
- Create feedback on credit policy based on market conditions
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant /MBA Finance with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Has worked with reputed Banks/Financial Institutions in unsecured high-ticket-size loans
- Positive attitude and team player
