Genpact is hiring for the role of Underwriting Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of Lloyd’s and Company market and detailed understanding of Bureau and Non-Bureau and current trends in Lloyd’s and team-leading experience with a span of not less than 30 FTEs
• Proactive communication across all levels to ensure Zero Surprise operations and thought leadership to build an impact and help the organization meet its goals
• Maintaining and measuring the performance of processes in terms of efficiency and effectiveness matrix and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements
• Drive continuous operational improvements thereby delivering YOY efficiency benefits to the customer and improving customer happiness levels
• Provide effective resolution to customer queries and improve relationships with the customer by anticipating customer future requirements, thereby ensuring a positive customer experience
• Responsible for its people, their growth, engagement, and retention and framing work direction and plan for the associates after a detailed assessment of their capabilities

Requirements:

• Graduate with any degree
• Higher certification preferred - CII certifications
• Preparing & presenting all weekly/monthly MIS reports and scorecards about process and efficiency
• Responsible for leading all External and Internal Audits as per the ISO & GDPR standards
