Teradata is hiring for the role of UI/UX Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and Develop Interfaces: Create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for the LRaaS Portal, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are feasible and optimized for Angular.
• Wireframes and Prototypes: Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• User Research and Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Alignment and Strategy: Ensure all designs align with the overall product strategy and meet user requirements.
• Iterative Design: Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and technical constraints.
• Design Systems: Maintain and update design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to capture and refine UX requirements.
• Feedback Integration: Engage with multiple teams to gather feedback, ensuring designs meet both user needs and technical feasibility.
• UI Implementation: Work with UI designers and developers to implement and refine UI components.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in UX design with passion for your work.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficient in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• UI and Design Principles: Solid understanding of UI components and design principles.
• Technical Feasibility: Experience designing for Angular or similar frameworks, with a good understanding of the technical feasibility of designs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design decisions and interact effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Enterprise Experience: Experience in enterprise applications development and methodology.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CNCF (Cloud Native Computing Foundation) principles and technologies.
• Team Player: A collaborative team player open to learning and adapting to new challenges
