UI/UX Designer Job in Gurugram at Cog Culture

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.
• Design visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA engineers.
• Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the design process.
• Ensure that designs are accessible to users with disabilities and comply with accessibility standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design systems and design thinking.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
