UI-UX Designer Job in Noida at Benthon Labs Inc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work.
• Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand the project.
• Develop and present documentation, user flows annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Leverage user testing to make product improvements.

Technical Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in design
• Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools
• Experience with user interface Design Patterns and standard user-centred Design (UCD) methodologies.
• Good experience with one or more rapid prototyping tools (like Axure, Balsamiq, etc.)
• Experience in wireframe creation.
• Good understanding of current UI guidelines for iOS, Android, and the Web.
• Should be able to handle multi-platform design and compatibility.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Invision, and associated design tools.
• Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, colour theory, and typography.
• Good insight into current web & app design trends and related creative spaces.
• Ability to come up with innovative design ideas for marketing-related deliverables like EDMs, landing pages, eBooks, and company collaterals.
• Coordinate and work with the marketing team to visualize content effectively.
• Good communication

Minimum Qualifications:

• B. Tech /B.E. (Computer Science/IT/Electronics)
• MCA/ M. Tech
