UI/UX Designer Job in Thane at KAIZEN INFOTECH SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

UI/UX designer will be responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, such as a website. The UI/UX designer will work closely with our marketing team and designers to ensure seamless web/mobile design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all our digital platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and implement new designs, Optimize existing user interface designs, Test for intuitivity and experience, Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, Develop technical and business requirements.
• We are looking for a web designer who is talented, creative, and dynamic in their work. Must have a vision of the understanding project, layout development skills, Information design, and user interface design skills, the ability to work as part of a team and independently, Imagination and creativity.
• You'll be working closely with people who are vastly experienced in providing high-end business solutions to some of the big national and international brands.
• We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who isn't limited by anything technical and puts the user first, above all else. Experience in the design and development of responsive websites. The ability to create beautiful interfaces should have an excellent Designing skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ensuring a seamless UI, design, and user experience across all existing and new features offered by the company Should have a good understanding and exposure to all UI/UX Development related technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
• Looking for candidates who are active learners and have working experience in HTML, CCS Photoshop.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Provide user interface style guidelines and reusable design assets

Requirement

• A bachelor of science degree in Design, computer science, engineering, or relevant field engineering.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe. cc and InVision)
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Proficiency with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with design software
• Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills
• The ability to interpret analytics and implement changes to applications as needed
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, WordPress and CSS
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Photoshop
• Understanding of key design principles
• Good problem-solving and time management skills
