UI/UX Designer Job in Mumbai at Adscult

Key Responsibilities:

• Design dashboards, web apps, and SaaS interfaces handling large data amounts. 
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI screens. 
• Build and maintain advanced design systems with tokens, components, and documentation. 
• Utilize strong data visualization logic for charts, graphs, tables, metrics, and insights. 
• Design micro-interactions, animations, edge cases, empty states, and error states. 
• Deliver developer-ready files using Figmas advanced features. 
• Conduct research, usability checks, and translate insights into actionable designs. 
• Collaborate with the product and dev team in fast sprint cycles. 
• Actively utilize AI tools to expedite research, UX copy, and design workflows. 

Qualifications Required: 

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design. 
• Experience in dashboard or analytics-heavy design projects. 
• Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, variables, component libraries, advanced prototyping). 
• Strong understanding of UX logic, information hierarchy, and interaction design. 
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. 
• High ownership and ability to work independently. 
• Strong project management skills within the design team and coordination with cross-functional members. 
• Positive planning and workflow organization skills for smooth sprint execution. 

Good to Have: 

• Motion design (Rive / Principle / After Effects). 
• Knowledge of UX Pilot, Miro, or similar tools. 
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (Cursor, Lovable, UiMagic, Figma AI). 
• Experience in agency/startup or fast-paced product environments. 
• Zoho familiarity, especially for project tracking, task management, or documentation.
