Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for translating user needs and business objectives into intuitive and visually appealing digital interfaces.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design solutions that solve real user problems.

Requirements:

• Basic English communication skills is an absolute must
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects that showcase thoughtful interactions designs with modern/ visually appealing UI
• Proficiency in Figma, including strong understanding of Auto Layout
• Can clearly explain design decisions — what was chosen, why, and the business/ technical trade-offs considered
• Extensive experience working with other designers and cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with other designers to utilize a shared design system
• Passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
• Creativity, curiosity & a problem-solving mindset with strong time management skill
• Experience working on highly complex, B2B projects
• Strong grasp of accessibility guidelines
• Basic knowledge of HTML/ CSS
