UI/UX Designer Job in Ahmedabad at Dataslush

Dataslush is hiring for the role of UI/UX Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design user interfaces and flows for dashboards, Data & AI Solutions.
• Support technical teams with clean and interactive visualizations.
• Work with clients when needed to present or gather feedback on design proposals & iterate on solutions to ensure high-impact outcomes.
• Advocate for the persona/people/end user while aligning with product goals—question assumptions, validate ideas, and ensure every design decision serves a purpose.
• Create compelling pitch decks, presentations, one-pagers, and brochures.
• Design creatives for websites, social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
• Contribute to visual storytelling for sales demos and use case explainers.
• Design internal tools like performance dashboards, intranet pages, and process guides.
• Support HR and Ops with engaging visual communication: posters, newsletters, certificates, event graphics and office beautification.
• Drive the visual identity of townhalls, celebrations, and org-wide initiatives.

Requirements:

• Figma – for UI/UX, prototyping, wireframes, design systems.
• Adobe Suite – particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects (for branding, visual assets, animations).
• Bonus: Experience with tools like Canva, Wordpress or CMS, Webflow, or Lottie, Miro or any other relevant boards.
• UX Research & Interaction Design: Ability to gather user insights and design intuitive interfaces based on them.
• Visual Design & Branding: Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and color theory.
• Design Systems Thinking: Maintain consistency and reusability across all outputs.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to translate business and tech requirements into meaningful visual outputs.
• Feedback Receptiveness: Open to critique and constantly looking to learn and improve.
