UI / UX Designer Job in Mumbai at Havas Q.E.D.

Havas is hiring for the role of UI/UX Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Cultivate a deep understanding of product UX across platforms and ensure execution with reverence for a cohesive experience.
• Collaborate closely with visual designers and product managers to fulfill the product/feature vision.
• Manage bandwidth and project pipeline to execute UX design in alignment with the team's software roadmap.
• Coordinate, execute, and document user research, including user interviews, ethnographic studies, and other methodologies to understand personas and user cases for upcoming roadmapped features.
• Collaboratively brainstorm and evolve feature UX with the product manager and wider team.
• Create detailed user flows, product maps, wireframes, etc., based on requirements from Product Management, and effectively communicate UX to relevant teams.
• Build out multi-version comps for user testing.
• Prototype user experiences and coordinate and run tests with end users.
• Quickly iterate and offer design versions based on peer critique or learnings from user testing or feature response.
• Capture all states, edge cases, "unhappy paths," and path logic for visual UI design and engineering teams to build out.
• Evaluate, test, and iterate on current core experiences.
• Work with Product Management, Engineering, and Visual UI Design to ensure executed work matches the UX vision.

Requirements:

• Think in non-linear terms, capturing interactions, edge cases, and various states of user experiences through deliverables like user flows, product maps, wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes.
• Embrace an agile approach to design, prioritizing user testing and rapid iteration.
