UI/UX Designer Job in Mumbai at Neosoft

Responsibilities:

• User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points. - Analyze data and insights to inform design decisions and improvements.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts. - Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
• UI Design: Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines. - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand representation.
• UX Design: Design user journeys and interactions that enhance overall user satisfaction. - Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and constraints. - Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to non-design stakeholders.
• Prototyping and Testing: Develop interactive prototypes for user testing and feedback. - Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and make improvements
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design. - Share insights and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+years of experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile app design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachlor's degree in Design or a related field.
• Experience with UI/UX, Visual designing.
• Familiarity with Saas Product Design, Power BI Dashboard design, Mobile application.
