Bentley System is hiring for the role of UI/UX Designer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the scope in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Contribute to the user research
- Translate user research findings into insights and design improvements
- Ensure that designs are consistent with our design system and contribute the designs to the design system
Requirements:
- A professional portfolio displaying skills, with particular emphasis on problem-solving
- Great command of Figma
- Proficiency in rapid and high-fidelity prototyping
- Visual design skills and an eye for detail
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Familiarity with the design guidelines for desktop software
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience, or a related field
- Familiarity with the infrastructure field
- Prior exposure to CAD (Computer Aided Design) and engineering analysis and design software
