Novel Office is hiring for the role of UI/UX Designer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop wireframes, user stories, journeys, and mock-ups optimized for various devices and platforms.
- Identify design challenges and implement innovative solutions.
- Contribute to high-level design and UX decisions that align with business objectives.
- Demonstrate expertise in design software (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision Studio, Framer, UXPin, Origami Studio) and possess foundational HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills.
- Leverage UX best practices, including user research, testing, A/B testing, prototyping, and accessibility considerations.
- Refine designs based on user feedback and insights.
- Articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design or any related field
- 1 – 3 years of experience in UI/UX field.
- Proficiency in design software, attention to detail, and ability to create pixel-perfect designs.
- Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of user experience research methodologies
- Experience with A/B testing and data analysis
- Proficiency in prototyping tools (InVision, ProtoPie, etc.)
