Greendzine Technologies Private Limited is hiring for the role of UI/UX Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Designing and engaging intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Conducting user research and analysing feedback to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Applying UX design principles, including design for behaviour change and persuasive design concepts.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and user needs.
• Creating interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and validate user flows.
• Developing visual design elements consistent with project branding and accessibility guidelines.
• Documenting design specifications and collaborating with developers during implementation.
• Participating in design critiques and training sessions to refine skills.
• Demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Requirements:

• Good technical aptitude and communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English. Multilingual is preferable
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Good presentation skills
• Should be able to travel for business purposes
• Should know UI/UX design principles, front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), motion design principles, micro-interactions, user research methods, and usability testing
• Strong proficiency in the following design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Adobe InDesign, and Figma
• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum 7.0 CGPA in one of the below disciplines:
  • Industrial Design
  • UI/UX design
  • Graphic Design
• Freshers are eligible to apply
• Maximum total experience should not exceed 1 year
