UI/UX Designer Job at Renous

Renous is hiring for the role of UI/UX Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct user research, including surveys, user interviews, and usability testing, to identify user needs and pain points.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive across various devices.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all products and features.
• Prototype interactive experiences to validate design decisions and gather user feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate design concepts into functional products.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• 0 - 3 years of UI/UX Designer experience 
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and ability to create user-centered experiences
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX design principles, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Proto.io) a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• A passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing products
