UI/UX Designer Internship in Noida at Confetti Design

Confetti Design is hiring for the role of UI/UX Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assisting the Lead Designer and senior team members in executing design tasks and projects.
• Collaborating with the design team and key stakeholders to contribute to the creation of design concepts, solutions, and its implementation.
• Conducting user research and analysis under the guidance of senior team members.
• Creating user interface designs and prototypes based on project requirements and design guidelines.
• Participating in design reviews and providing feedback on design deliverables.
• Assisting in the refinement and iteration of designs based on feedback and user testing.
• Learning and developing skills in design software and tools used by the team.
• Supporting the growth and development of the design team by actively participating in knowledge-sharing and collaborative activities.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience working with design teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with user research, prototyping, user journeys, and information architecture.
• Exposure to UX and other design teams in creating and applying design strategies.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Attention to detail in design tasks and deliverables.
• Documentation and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and continuous improvement.
